Returning your order is easy. First you need to contact customer service at customer@carushe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Use the returning sticker to return the order.

Q. My order is damaged, What can I do ?

If your order is damaged by the carrier, make sure you return the order as it is within 30 days to get your refund on time. Your refund is subjected to an investigation to make sure your package has been damaged by the carrier.
